    A: A copy of plat of survey is required from the homeowner to get a permit.

  • Q: What type of concrete is used?

    A: The standard concrete used for residential and commercial project is a 6 bag 4000 psi, unless something else is specified. Gravel and wire mesh may be used, depending on the project requirement.

  • Q: How long does it take to complete the project upon receipt of the permit?

    A: Once the permit is received, it can take anywhere from 1-3 days, depending on the size of the project.
